força - strength against cancer is a registered charity founded by a group of mums from Lymington who were inspired after one of their friends was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

In 2014, força become a registered UK charity, helping people living with cancer in Hampshire and Dorset. Their flagship projects 'nourish by força' and 'support by força' have helped hundreds of people at the most difficult of times.
