2017 - Paediatric Intensive Care Unit At Southampton Hospital

The PICU is the leading centre for paediatric intensive care in South Central England. The purpose built unit cares for children from birth up to 18 years of age.

The unit cares for patients with some of the most complex illnesses and injuries and works closely with specialists from all surgical and medical areas.

We were delighted to raise funds for this unit as on a personal note, Flute Group member Philippa Simmonds' little boy Monty received life saving keyhole surgery from them last year.
